XACT Obligation is an exchange-traded index fund that tracks the performance of the markets for Swedish government bonds, covered mortgage bonds and municipal bonds, which all have so-called benchmark status. The fund tracks the Handelsbanken Sweden All Bond Tradable Index, which is used as a benchmark index for a large proportion of the market’s participants. The fund is suitable for an investor looking for a broad exposure to bonds. The fund is reported as an Article 6 fund pursuant to EU regulation 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR).
